I bought it used in spring 1975. Though, good looking it's been the worst bike I've ever owned. It's oil consumption was stunning. On a trip to Britain it used more engine oil than Kurt's Kawasaki H2 triple burnt two-stroke oil! I sold it in spring 1976 and assumed it was my last mount. Fortunately, time proved me wrong!	Die TX750 kaufte ich gebraucht mit 11'000 km. Ein gutmütiger, aber etwas schwerfälliger Töff.
	Erste Probefahrt
Impressive clocks, only the twin didn't like to be reved past 6000.	Hohe Drehzahlen hatte das Ding gar nicht gern. Die Uhr bis 10'000 1/min ist allzu optimistisch.
The twin had a 360 ° crankshaft and balancer shafts. Oil leaked along the alternator wires and the starter motor quit for good after some months.	Der Zweizylinder wurde mit 2 Ausgleichswellen beruhigt.
With friends on the Splugen in the Swiss Alps. Kurt and Christian were on their Kawasaki Triples.	Am Splügen mit Kurt, Christian und Marianne vom Honda Club Zürich.

Die Doppelscheibenbremse hielt nicht was sie versprach.
Trotz hohen Handkräften keine überwältigende Verzögerung.
Sehr schön die Speichenräder mit Alu-Felgen.

The dual disk brakes looked great at the time.
Though, they were not as effective as they looked,
with a wooden feel on the brake lever.
However, the wheels with spoked light alloy rims
looked gorgeous.
